Terms and refunds

Last updated 23 October 2026.

About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from The ADHD Teacup, run by a sole trader in England. The way to contact me is by email at hello@theadhdteacup.co.uk. A postal address for legal notices is available on request. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.

Digital downloads

Planners, journals, workbooks, guides, cards and bundles are digital content supplied as PDF files. Nothing is posted.

Your right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel. For digital content, that right ends once the download begins, but only if you have given your express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right. Before checkout I ask you to tick a box confirming: "I want my download straight away and understand I lose my 14 day right to cancel once the download starts." I confirm this in your order email.

Faulty files. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a file is faulty, won't open or isn't as described, email me and I will replace it or give you a refund.

Licence for the printables

When you buy a printable, you get a licence to use it for personal and household use. You can print as many copies as you need for yourself and the people you live with.

You can't resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, or the printed pages, in any form. That includes sending them to friends, posting them in groups, or selling them as your own. The copyright stays with The ADHD Teacup.

Merch

Tees and hoodies are made to order and dispatched within 5 working days, with free UK postage. UK addresses only.

Returns and refunds for clothing are explained in my refund policy.

Not advice

All products share my lived experience. They are not medical, psychological or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

I am responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of me breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. I am not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, because the products are for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that can't be limited or excluded by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please tell me so I can put it right. Email hello@theadhdteacup.co.uk with your order email and what happened. I will reply within 5 working days and do my best to sort it out with you.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Yes, I have ADHD. But it doesn't have me.
