Are these digital or physical?
The planners, journal, workbook, guide, cards and bundle are digital PDFs you download and print. Nothing is posted. The tee and hoodie are physical and posted to you.
How do I get my download?
Straight after payment you land on a private download page for your order. Your receipt comes by email with a link back to it, so you can download again later.
What paper size are the printables?
Every printable comes as an A4 PDF and a US Letter PDF. Both are the UK edition, so the content is the same.
Can I buy from outside the UK?
Yes, digital downloads are sold worldwide. VAT is added at checkout where the law requires it, for example in the EU. Merch ships to UK addresses only for now.
How long does merch take?
Each tee and hoodie is made to order and dispatched within 5 working days. UK postage is free.
What is the last order date for Christmas?
For tees and hoodies, the last order date for Christmas delivery is 14 December 2026. Digital downloads are instant, so you can buy those right up to the day.
What sizes and colours are there?
Sizes S to XXL in white, black or heather grey. There is a size guide on each product page.
How do I care for my tee or hoodie?
Wash inside out to make the print last longer.
Can I get a refund?
The full details are in my refund policy. In short: Because digital files are delivered instantly, you agree to give up the 14 day cancellation right when you download. If a file is faulty or won't open, email me and I will fix it or refund you. Clothing refunds are covered there too.
