My story
Yes, I have ADHD. But it doesn't have me.
My brain works like a storm in a teacup. Too much energy, too many thoughts, all spinning in a space that was never big enough to hold them. For a long time, that storm spilled over onto everything and everyone around me.
I won't pretend it was pretty. There were fights, trouble when I was young, and people I hurt along the way. There was also love, laughter, kindness and a family who stuck by me through the worst of it. My wife saw the storm up close more than anyone.
What changed things wasn't a magic fix. It was finding small things that actually helped. Writing my story down. Doing ONE thing instead of twenty. Resetting the week instead of drowning in it. Explaining to my family why I react the way I do, so a row could turn into a conversation.
Bit by bit, the chaos became something I could use. Hyperfocus built businesses. Energy became drive. The storm became my superpower.
Why this shop exists
Everything in this store is something I have used myself. I made the planners, journal, guide and cards from the pages that got me through. Nothing here is advice and I will never tell you what to do. It is just my lived story, shared from one ADHDer to another, so we can make our lives better.
We're not broken. We're built for storms.
