Working alongside someone, in the room or on a call, is how my brain gets started. This planner is how I set up those sessions. I write what I am doing, pick a 25, 15 or 5 minute block, tap it when it is finished and tick the break after it. Every block counts, even the tiny ones.

Body doubling is how I get started on the jobs I keep putting off. This planner sets up each session: what I am doing, who I am working alongside and the blocks I get through.

How to set it up

This is how I get it onto my iPad in GoodNotes. It takes about a minute. Android tablets work the same way with Samsung Notes, Xodo or Noteshelf, and the guide in your zip covers those too.
